Quiet Secluded HotelRated:![]() by don wright from USA Written 3 years ago | This is an excellent value hotel for the price close to transportation and a first class resort and local fishing. The proprietors are great. Rooms are what you would expect for the price. The pool is well maintained. There is no view of the ocean but it is only a five minute walk to where night of the iguana was filmed. |
William PerryRated:![]() by Bill Perry from usa Written 3 years ago | Wow, what a wonderful vacation. The hard working and plesant staff went out of their way to assist my family of eight. Clean, spacious rooms, great food, fantastic location, friendly people, what else can I say?
We had a special need to order a cake for one of our family members. They ordered the cake for us, had it delivered, fresh baked. What a wonderful treat. Ask about their tours. I can tell you these people are honest, hard working, easy to get along with, and eager to please. If you don't stay here you are missing out. We are frequent visitors to Puerto Vallarta, and Casa Iguana is now the only place we plan to stay. |
Casa Iguana Hotelby Maricela Gutierrez from USAWritten 3 years ago | This is the worst hotel ever. The jacuzzi was not even hot. The suite stove and refrigerator didnt even work. The service was really bad. I also had some problems at the end of my trip for some reason I thought I had book the hotel for four nights but I had only book it for 3 nights, well that day that we were suppose to leave the hotel we got there around nine and we couldnt open the door we ask one of the guys that work there if there was any problems and he said no so he open the door for us. The next day we has to pay $80 for staying one more night. They never called us to let us know that there was a problem. |
