Great location, friendly staff. The room was clean and is quiet at night. Right across the street you access to the beach and hotel.

It is not on the beach but getting to the beach is very easy. It does require though crossing a major road (there is a light that you can cross at). It is not a five star hotel so expect the rooms to be a little tattered, but they were nice and spacious, the pool looked very nice (but was eye-opening cold), and their nachos at their little restaurant were excellent (they had guacamole, onions and salsa on them).
