On our 3rd trip to the Vallarta area, we found Bucerias. When recommended by a taxi driver, we decided to try Adauto's... Oh my gosh, absolutely amazing. GREAT food, GREAT service, GREAT atmosphere, GREAT PRICE!! Our wonderful waiter recommended the seafood platter for 2. It was our 20th wedding anniversary trip and this lunch made it a wonderfully memorable one. HUGE portions and EXCELLENT flavor, I could go on and on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, best overall meal we have had on any of 3 trips. Including meals at the Grand Velas 5 star resort which has been our resort of choice for each trip. WE WILL BE BACK !!!!

We've eaten several times at Adauto's every year when we visit Vallarta. As usual the food, margaritas and sunset on 3/23/2010 was top notch. And at a reasonable price.

I especially like the Octopus and margaritas!

As a former home owner near this area, I love to have dinner on the bach at Adauto's Place. We have ALWAYS had great food and service. We are just a few weeks away from our wedding and dinner on the beach at this very romantic place.

We loved this place. We were in Nuevo Vallarta for 10 days and ate here 3 nights. One day we walked up the beach to have lunch and they weren't open yet. When they saw us outside they opened up an hour early just for us. We LOVE it. Great food and great atmosphere!

We dina at Adauto's t least once during out trip. The Bacon Wrapped Shrimp&Fish dishes are fabulous! And what a view!

We have known Adauto for several years now, at Los Tules&now on his own, but this was the best! The sunset&the food were awesome, so were the Mexican coffees. Thank you.
The new restaurant is beautiful, and it is great to see the old 'Los Tules staff' together again.

Owner Adauto is always there and making sure that the food and atmosphere are wonderful, skills he refined when previously managing a restaurant at Los Tules in PV for years. It's a wonderful place right on the ocean in Bucerias, a short cab ride from PV.

Charming, good food, eat within steps of the ocean! What could be better!

The hotel we were staying at recommended Adauto's. The location and ambiance is very nice, it definitely looks like more of an upscale restaurant. I'm more of a food person though, and I thought the food was ok. I ordered the chicken enchilladas and was not impressed. Someone else in my party ordered the lobster and it was good. This restaurant is ok considering the prices. I think you can find better food with better prices in Bucerias. However, if you are looking for a nicer atmosphere, this is probably the place for you.

We have eaten at this place 3 years ago and it was that good that i haven't forgotten it. We will be back to Puerto VAllarta again this year in December and I can't wait to see Adauto and his kitchen again. Best Food in town, best host, simple restaurant but worth every penny.
