We make it a point to eat at fajita Republic every visit to PV... This time I am here with my son's who are 19, 21 and 23. I took them there the first night of our vacation. As always the food was wonderful! I do miss them being in there old location across the street and on the corner where Marguerittaville is now located. Another good place to eat.

I highly recommend a visit if you are in PV...you wont be disappointed!

A few years ago we went with friends to PV. We met a person at our resort pool who recommended we eat at Fajita Republic. It was amazing! We loved the food so much we ate there again 2 nights later! Since our initial visit, each of us has returned to PV and the Fajita Republic several times. We are headed back on a cruise next month and Fajita Republic is on the top of our list of things to do in PV! Can't wait!

We've eaten there 3 times over the past few years. Excellent food, easy to get to, wonderful atmosphere and service, fair prices. The fact we've been back 3 times speaks volumes ;-)

Have enjoyed several very good meals at the Fajita Republic in Puerto Vallarta. Looking forward to returning a few more times when we visit in February 2010.

This place is hands down the best you'll ever have.

Fresh quality ingredients, superb flavours and an ambiance that is both warm, fun and inviting

Best dishers: Queso maya, Molcajetes, all the fajitas are of course insanely good and with more side toppings that you can finish.

The new location is great

The new location accross and down the street has taken away a small part of the atmosphere but the food and Margaritas remain great.

I had dinner here New Years Eve last year with friends and could not have been more pleased. Our waitress was fantastic and the food was great. The cocktails were some of the best I've had in PV. I have another favorite restaurant to visit every time I get to Puerto Vallarta.

Fajita Republic-Nuevo Vallarta

I had the chicken enchiladas at the Nuevo Vallarta location - they were the best I've ever had and I've been looking for comparable enchiladas ever since. It's been my mission to find the best and they are a lot better than I've ever found in Cancun or Mazatlan. The service was great! I'll be in PV January 22, 2009, and will go and order these immediately!

Good food, horrible service

The fajitas are fantastic. Our appetizers were comprable to Applebees, so if you want to get a good taste of chains in States, go here. The service was horrible, but that seemed appropriate as the less than professional manager was the staffs lead. We ordered 4 beers, 4 shots, 2 apps, 2 fajita meals, and 4 Spanish coffees. When we asked for extra beans, salsa, and tortillas, (after only being given enough for 1 fajita meal) we were charged an additional $9.00 US for them after being told it was not all-you-can eat! I felt as though they were pushing us through so they could close the section (it was 9pm). The outdoor seating is great, the food is tolerable, but I think you can find hundreds of more authentic places that make you feel like a welcomed patron.
