Since 1986 Pipi's has been serving sizzling fajitas and extra grande margaritas. After your meal walk accoss the street to Pipi's boutique for a souvioner.

Pipi's is a festive place to dine, from the constant sizzling of the fajitas to the jubilation from the savory margaritas. The decoration is traditional Mexican. Pipi's motto "Don't drink water, drink margaritas" says it all. Guacamole is prepared tableside to you liking. Sunday Champagne Brunch featuring Mexican specialities.

Pipi's had great food, reasonable prices, huge margaritas, and a fun, festive atmosphere. We ended up eating there twice on our last trip, we will be going again next month.....probably at least twice!! Word of advice~split the entrees unless you're a teenaged boy. The portions are big!

My family has been going to PV since i was 5. We love Pipi's, the owner and staff are great, after not having been to PV for 2 years, we walked up and placed a reservation ready to wait for about an hour, the owner saw us, came out and had the staff set up a table and chairs for us right in the entrance with no wait.

It's a bit of a hike, but worth it

yes, it's slightly over rated, but it wasn't bad either! I'm a guacamole genius, and yes, it was good guac...but no better than the guac we ordered at any of the other restaurants in town. Where PiPi's takes the cake is the portions...HOLY COW! Huge. Even when splitting meals, there were still leftovers. And the margaritas are like no where else in town! They were extraordinary...from what I recall...:)
