I was at Steve Sports Bar in October 2011. The owner, manager and bartender was great people. I felt totally at home. They had the best hospitality.... The food was relly good and of quality for a sport bar. The chili dog was the bomb. I ordered it after the owner was talking it up! I'll give Their chili dog a solid 9. I highly recommend this place. It sits one block off the boardwalk and the prices are very reasonable. I look forward to going back in Feb. 2012.

Enjoyed food, drinks, sportsa. Also met a number of expats who answered all my questions regarding retirement in PV. A must stop for visitors in PV.

Great service, friendly atmosphere. They have a list outside of every game showing for that day.

We have been there for the last three years for the Texas A and M and UT game. This place is a true sports bar and we will return. Good food, waiters and guests.

I was amazed that the NHL took the center screen TV when we arrived. It was important to us because the NHL playoffs were on and the Flames were playing. The bar was full of Canadians watching hockey. There was only a few Americans around in general (maybe because their economy has fallen apart). Thank god Canadians still have money.

The margaritas were great and the beer was cold. We are going back next September for sure!

Had the good fortune of downing a couple in this bar. The owner was friendly and made you feel right at home. One of the best memories of my trip to PV.

We were there last March and I ended up trading tops with Steve (Nick). I had a very special New York Yankees jersey and Nick had a Steve's Sportsbar t-shirt. On March 7th we will be heading back to P.V and we can't wait to go back. The hospitality of Nick and the staff is unbeatable. The time we spent at the bar is something that we all still talk about fondly. This time when I go back I will be bringing my own "Steve" and I can't wait to see my Jersey again.

Very good food and drink. Prices were good. Owner and staff always firendly. We have gone there for the last several years to watch sports(the NFC&AFC Championship Games). The "ONLY" place in PV where you can get meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy! We will be there again in a couple of weeks and will be spending time there. Keep up the good work!

I would not recommend this place. The food is cold by the time they take to cook it.
Poor quality food.
