Chef Thierry Blouet, owner of Café des Artistes, presents Thierry's Prime Steakhouse, a restaurant focused on the finest "cuts of beef with a French" aroma, where all meat that is served in this Steak House is Pime, everything offered with the highest standards of quality, service, and preparation characteristic of the Chef.

In addition to beef, the menu also includes pork and lamb chops from New Zealand, as well as fish and fowl dishes, fresh vegetables and seven different styles of potatoes. The restaurant is comprised of two outdoor terraces, the interior of the restaurant and the bar. Inside, you will find a wine cellar that boasts more than 300 international wines available for you.

I love Theirrys! I am an Albertan os like a Texna I know beef! Loved Therry's! Would recommend it to anyone and have already to many who are now recommending it to others!

Good Food and Ambience

We went to Thierry's on our January, 2010 visit to PV. There were 4 adults and 2 children. The food was delicious and I loved the contemporary feel of the place. It combined elegance with comfort which is difficult to do. We enjoyed our steaks, and the children enjoyed their food. They particulary enjoyed painting the life-sized bull (great idea to keep them occupied). My daughter-in-law is a picky eater, and she even enjoyed her food.

Prime Time But Not Print Rib

I went there last week with a group of friends who were hosting a party at their condo.
While I enjoyed the atmosphere, the prices were high and the portions small.
I had a large party with all of the men ordering Prime Rib. While we specifically asked how they prepared the Prime Rib and requested for the Prime Rib to be made like it normally is everywhere else in the world it came grilled so it ended up having the consistency of grilled sirloin and about the same texture and flavor. The baked potato came cold and the service was slow. When we complained they did send a huge desert tray over for everyone to enjoy. However I feel I do not want to complain to get my meal fixed, I go out to enjoy a restaurant for the atmosphere and dining experience.
